簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為提升蘆潮港派出所工作效能，按照南匯新城鎮(zhèn)人民政府的統(tǒng)一部署和要求，現(xiàn)擬采購(gòu)輔助力量服務(wù)，協(xié)助蘆潮港派出所做好治安巡邏、護(hù)校安園、案事件辦理、配合性抓捕、看守押解、維穩(wěn)處突等工作。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to enhance the work efficiency of Luchaogang Police Station, in accordance with the unified deployment and requirements of Nanhui New Town People's Government, it is proposed to purchase auxiliary force services to assist Luchaogang Police Station in carrying out security patrols, protecting schools and parks, handling cases and incidents, coordinating arrests, guarding and escorting, and maintaining stability and handling emergencies.

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；
（2）具備省市級(jí)公安部門(mén)核發(fā)的有效的《保安服務(wù)許可證》；
（3）項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) This project is aimed at large, medium, small, and micro enterprises, public institutions, other organizations, or natural persons for procurement; (2) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn); (3) Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project; (4) Having a valid Security Service License issued by the provincial and municipal public security departments; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for the project.
