簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目擬通過公開招標的方式選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商，負責(zé)金高大樓的運營管理工作，內(nèi)容包括但不限于：大樓運營服務(wù)、維修養(yǎng)護管理服務(wù)、公共環(huán)境管理服務(wù)、公共安全及秩序保障服務(wù)、會務(wù)活動保障服務(wù)及后勤保障服務(wù)。本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過甲方考核合格后，合同續(xù)簽一年，最長不超過三年。本次預(yù)算金額涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為****年1月1日至****年**月**日。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to be responsible for the operation and management of the Jinguo Building. The content includes but is not limited to: building operation services, maintenance and repair management services, public environment management services, public security and order guarantee services, conference and activity guarantee services, and logistics support services. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by Party A each year, the contract will be renewed for another year, with a maximum of no more than three years. The service period covered by the budget amount this time is from January 1, **** to December **, ****. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
