簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為貫徹落實《上海市生活垃圾清運、中轉(zhuǎn)、處置作業(yè)服務質(zhì)量評議辦法》（滬綠容辦 【****】**號）、《****年上海市生活垃圾分類實效綜合考評辦法》、《浦東新區(qū)生活垃圾清運、中轉(zhuǎn)、處置作業(yè)服務質(zhì)量年度評議辦法》（浦廢管 【****】**號）、浦東新區(qū)中轉(zhuǎn)站、居民以及企事業(yè)清運單位相關考核辦法，進一步提升浦東新區(qū)生活垃圾清運、中轉(zhuǎn)、處置作業(yè)服務水平，切實落實責任，擬通過公開招標方式選擇一位合格供應商，以清運作業(yè)公司、中轉(zhuǎn)站運營公司、小壓站運營公司和屬地化管理的街鎮(zhèn)為評價對象，在全區(qū)開展生活垃圾收運實效測評工作。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
