合同履約期限：本項(xiàng)目一次招標(biāo)三年有效，合同簽訂采用一年一簽，年度考核合格后進(jìn)行合同續(xù)簽。本次投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限為合同簽訂之日起一年。若中標(biāo)人無(wú)法通過(guò)采購(gòu)人考核，采購(gòu)人有權(quán)終止合同并重新招標(biāo)。

The Contract Period:This project is valid for three years in a single bidding process, and the contract is signed annually. After passing the annual assessment, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by this bidding quotation is one year from the date of contract signing. If the winning bidder fails to pass the purchaser's assessment, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract and re tender.

(b)落實(shí)政府采購(gòu)政策需滿足的資格要求：（1）落實(shí)預(yù)留份額措施，提高中小企業(yè)在政府采購(gòu)中的份額，扶持中小企業(yè)政策：本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)，評(píng)審時(shí)中小企業(yè)產(chǎn)品均不執(zhí)行價(jià)格折扣優(yōu)惠。（2）殘疾人福利性單位，并將其視同小微型企業(yè)。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation.
