（2）具備建筑機(jī)電安裝工程專業(yè)承包二級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)或具備輸變電工程專業(yè)承包三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（3）具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（4）投標(biāo)人須具有有效的承裝(修、試)電力設(shè)施許可證資質(zhì)。投標(biāo)人在 ****年7月1日之前取得資質(zhì)的，未完成換證工作且在有效期內(nèi)的，許可類別及等級(jí)須為:承裝、承修承試肆級(jí)(或以上);在 ****年7月1日之后取得資質(zhì)的，許可類別及等級(jí)須為:承裝、承修、承試叁級(jí)(或以上)資質(zhì)。注:****年7月1日起實(shí)施新版《承裝(修、試)電力設(shè)施許可證管理辦法》(國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委 **** 年第 ** 號(hào)令)。

（6）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law (the branch of this project (not accepted) participates in procurement activities in its own name); (2) Have the qualification of professional contracting of construction electromechanical installation engineering level 2 or above or have the qualification of professional contracting of power transmission and transformation engineering level 3 or above; (3) Have Valid safety production license; (4) The bidder must have a valid license qualification for undertaking (repair and testing) power facilities. If the bidder obtains the qualification before July 1, ****, has not completed the replacement work and within the validity period, the license category and level must be: installation, maintenance, test level (or above); if the qualification is obtained after July 1, ****, the license category and level must be: installation, maintenance, test three Level (or above) qualification.
