合同履約期限：本項目一次招標三年有效，合同簽訂采用一年一簽，年度考核合格后進行合同續(xù)簽。本次投標報價所涵蓋的服務期限為合同簽訂之日起一年。若中標人無法通過采購人考核，采購人有權(quán)終止合同并重新招標。

The Contract Period:This project is valid for three years in a single bidding process, and the contract is signed annually. After passing the annual assessment, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by this bidding quotation is one year from the date of contract signing.
