(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）供應商未被列入“信用中國”網站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單和“中國政府采購網”(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單的供應商。
（2）供應商須具有水利水電施工總承包叁級以上（含叁級），項目負責人應具備水利類中級及以上專業(yè)技術職稱或水利水電工程二級注冊建造師以上資格證書。
（3）本項目面向中小企業(yè)（含中型、小型、微型企業(yè)，下同）采購

(2) Suppliers must have a general contracting qualification of Level 3 or above (including Level 3) for water conservancy and hydropower construction, and the project leader should have a professional technical title of intermediate or above in water conservancy or a qualification certificate of Level 2 registered constructor or above for water conservancy and hydropower engineering. (3) This project is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small, and micro enterprises, the same below) for procurement. (4) Accepting consortium bidding: □ Yes ■ No.
