簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為進(jìn)一步提升高橋鎮(zhèn)城市管理效能，擬實(shí)施高橋鎮(zhèn)城市管理一體化綜合養(yǎng)護(hù)工作。一體化綜合養(yǎng)護(hù)有助于提高城市管理的顆粒度和精準(zhǔn)度，有利于節(jié)約人力、設(shè)備等資源成本，強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)格化責(zé)任塊“發(fā)現(xiàn)、處置、反饋”閉環(huán)管理，全面提升鎮(zhèn)域城市管理精細(xì)化水平和養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè)水準(zhǔn)。本項(xiàng)目經(jīng)財(cái)政部門(mén)批準(zhǔn)一招三年（一次采購(gòu)三年享用，分年簽訂合同）。每年結(jié)束后采購(gòu)人對(duì)中標(biāo)人的工作進(jìn)行考核，并在相同采購(gòu)任務(wù)的條件下確定次年合同的簽訂。如年度考核未通過(guò)或項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容及價(jià)格變動(dòng)較大的（超過(guò)原合同采購(gòu)金額**%），將重新采購(gòu)。具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、采購(gòu)范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以招標(biāo)文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To further enhance the efficiency of urban management in Gaoqiao Town, it is proposed to implement integrated comprehensive maintenance of urban management in Gaoqiao Town. This project has been approved by the finance department for a period of three years (one purchase for three years, with contracts signed annually). At the end of each year, the purchaser evaluates the work of the winning bidder and determines the signing of the contract for the following year under the same procurement task conditions. If the annual assessment fails or there are significant changes in project content and price (exceeding **% of the original contract procurement amount), a new procurement will be made. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
