針對(duì)上述**座水閘的沉降測(cè)量、水平位移測(cè)量和河道橫斷面測(cè)量、東溝節(jié)制閘、三甲港水閘和楊思船閘的安全監(jiān)測(cè)及其他安全監(jiān)測(cè)項(xiàng)目，獲得相關(guān)基本數(shù)據(jù)，分析其變化情況，提供測(cè)量技術(shù)總結(jié)報(bào)告及相關(guān)成果資料，為水閘常態(tài)化管理提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及資料，為保障水閘安全提供支撐。
（二）閘首探摸
針對(duì)上述**座水閘（泵閘）的閘首段和上、下游圓弧翼墻段及上下防沖槽段的水下結(jié)構(gòu)安全情況進(jìn)行探摸，探明：水下門槽情況、內(nèi)、外河翼墻底部結(jié)構(gòu)情況、探摸區(qū)域的石塊、垃圾雜物、淤泥堆積的具體情況等內(nèi)容，對(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)的障礙物進(jìn)行打撈、清理、對(duì)泵閘泵口的淤泥進(jìn)行清理，對(duì)所有水閘（泵閘）檢修門槽進(jìn)行清理并拍攝存在問題部位水下影像資料以及探摸后存在的問題進(jìn)行記錄，對(duì)受損結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行初步分析，為修繕提供保障，確保水閘設(shè)施完好。
（三）水下地形測(cè)繪
針對(duì)上述**座水閘（泵閘）進(jìn)行水下地形測(cè)量，獲得相關(guān)基本數(shù)據(jù)，開展水下地形三維建模。研判河床演變趨勢(shì)，對(duì)于發(fā)現(xiàn)的淤積和沖坑提出合理解決建議，提供測(cè)量技術(shù)總結(jié)報(bào)告及相關(guān)成果資料，為水閘常態(tài)化管理提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)及資料，為保障水閘安全提供支撐。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:（1） Horizontal cross-section observation of settlement is conducted for the ** water gates mentioned above, including settlement measurement, horizontal displacement measurement, river cross-section measurement, safety monitoring of Donggou control gate, Sanjia Port water gate, Yangsi ship lock, and other safety monitoring projects. Relevant basic data is obtained, and changes are analyzed to provide measurement technology summary reports and related achievement materials. This provides basic data and information for the normal management of water gates and supports the safety of water gates. （2） Gate head exploration is aimed at exploring the safety of the underwater structures of the gate head section, upstream and downstream curved wing wall sections, and upper and lower anti scouring groove sections of the ** water gates (pump gates) mentioned above. The aim is to investigate the conditions of the underwater gate groove, the bottom structure of the inner and outer river wing walls,

(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）供應(yīng)商未被列入“信用中國”網(wǎng)站(www.creditchina.gov.cn)失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”(www.ccgp.gov.cn)政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單的供應(yīng)商。
（2）項(xiàng)目供應(yīng)商須具有住建部勘察專業(yè)類工程測(cè)量甲級(jí)資質(zhì)或自然資源部的乙級(jí)及以上測(cè)繪資質(zhì)（專業(yè)類別：工程測(cè)量），項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人需具有測(cè)繪相關(guān)專業(yè)高級(jí)工程師以上職稱。
