Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In accordance with the requirements of relevant safety production laws and regulations such as the "Work Safety Law" and the "Shanghai Safety Production Regulations", in order to further strengthen the safety management of the directly-managed companies and projects under Shanghai Lingang New Area Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., and to fully implement the safety management responsibilities of each unit, and to fulfill the group's safety supervision and inspection duties for various business sectors of the directly-managed companies, this project aims to purchase third-party safety consulting services from Shanghai Lingang New Area Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd., covering aspects such as the improvement of the safety management system, daily operation safety guarantees, and on-site safety inspections at project sites, in order to enhance the overall safety management level of the group and ensure the safe and stable operation of all business activities.
