Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project mainly includes cleaning, greening and garbage removal work for ** old residential communities (excluding all types of commercial housing). This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, **** to December **, ****. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
