修改、澄清（答疑）紀要內容如下： 1、 本項目《招標文件》-第1章 資格預審公告/招標公告/投標邀請書-資格預審公告-2.3.工程建設規(guī)模中涉及“本項目雨水管和污水管基坑開挖深度均超過 5m，但小于 **m”修改為“本項目雨水管和污水管管道最大埋深約6.1m”,其余內容不變。招標文件中涉及此內容的均做相應修改。 2、 本項目《招標文件》-第 2 章 投標須知及投標須知前附表-投標須知前附表- 項號**-條款號**.3、**.5-設計費（勘察費）金額和計算辦法中關于“《廈門市建設局等 4 家單位關于優(yōu)化我市政府投資項目勘察設計費管理的通知》（廈建設[****]** 號）”文號均修改為“《廈門市集美區(qū)建設與交通局等 4 家單位關于優(yōu)化我區(qū)政府投資項目勘察設計費管理的通知》（集建建[****]**6 號）”。招標文件中涉及此文號內容的均做相應修改。 3、 本項目工程勘察任務書有修改，以本答疑同步發(fā)布的附件為準，請各投標人在電子招投標平臺本項目“招標文件澄清與修改”中的“其他”欄目中下載，否則由此引起的一切后果由投標人自行承擔。 4、 本項目原定的資格預審文件遞交 截止時間由“**** 年 ** 月 ** 日 ** 時** 分 ** 秒”修改為“**** 年 ** 月 ** 日 ** 時 ** 分 ** 秒”。 招標文件中涉及該時間的均做相應修改。 5、 本項目原定的商務文件和技術文件遞交截止時間由“**** 年 ** 月 4 日 ** 時** 分 ** 秒”修改為“**** 年 ** 月 9 日 ** 時 ** 分 ** 秒”。招標文件中涉及該時間的均做相應修改。 六、招標文件原內容若與本答疑（紀要）容沖突或不一致的，以本答疑（紀要）內容為準。 （以下無正文）
