Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to ensure the normal use and operation of various facilities within the town level, including daily maintenance and cleaning of road facilities, pruning, weeding, pest control and cleaning of green facilities, dredging of rainwater and sewage pipelines, and replacement of manhole covers. Professional maintenance units with relevant qualifications are required to provide a series of maintenance management services. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（2）法人依法設立的分支機構以自己的名義參與投標時，應提供依法登記的相關證明材料和由法人出具的授權其分支機構在其經(jīng)營范圍內(nèi)參加政府采購活動并承擔全部民事責任的書面授權。法人與其分支機構不得同時參與同一項目的采購活動。
（3）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project. (2) When a branch established by a legal entity participates in bidding in its own name, it shall provide relevant certification materials registered in accordance with the law and a written authorization issued by the legal entity authorizing its branch to participate in government procurement activities within its business scope and bear all civil liabilities.
