簡要規(guī)則描述：臨港城投大廈、臨港數(shù)字大廈大中修工程位于環(huán)湖西一路西側，申港南二路南側，水蕓路東側，建筑面積：城投大廈：****5.**平方米，數(shù)字大廈：****2.**平方米；本工程主要內容：外立面局部破損石材面板更換、消防EPS電池組更換、電梯配件更換，下沉廣場地面鋪裝翻新修繕等樓宇修繕工程等等。具體詳見工程量清單及圖紙。
Brief Specification Description:The major and medium repair project of Lingang City Investment Building and Lingang Digital Building is located on the west side of Huaxi 1st Road, the south side of Shengang South 2nd Road and the east side of Shuiyun Road. The building area is: City Investment Building: **,**5.** square meters, Digital Building: **,**2.** square meters. The main contents of this project include: replacement of partially damaged stone panels on the facade, replacement of EPS battery packs for fire protection, replacement of elevator parts, renovation and repair of the ground paving of the sunken square, and other building repair works. 5、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內）；
6、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
7、業(yè)績要求：無；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal entity established within China (this project does not accept subsidiaries to participate in the procurement activities under their own names);
(4) Have a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above in building engineering;
(5) Have a safety production license (valid within the validity period);
