簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)采購(gòu)的方式，選取一家合格供應(yīng)商，開(kāi)展浦東新區(qū)新一輪集體建設(shè)用地基準(zhǔn)地價(jià)編制工作，以轄區(qū)范圍內(nèi)集體土地涉及的鎮(zhèn)域范圍為底版，根據(jù)國(guó)土空間規(guī)劃實(shí)施、土地利用空間格局、地價(jià)分布空間規(guī)律，并結(jié)合工作需求和管理導(dǎo)向，全面更新集體建設(shè)用地的土地級(jí)別和地價(jià)水平。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief Specification Description:This project plans to select a qualified supplier through public procurement to carry out a new round of benchmark land price compilation for collective construction land in Pudong New Area. Based on the town area involved in collective land within the jurisdiction, the land level and land price level of collective construction land will be comprehensively updated according to the implementation of national spatial planning, land use spatial pattern, land price distribution spatial law, and combined with work needs and management orientation. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
