簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：按照政策組織項(xiàng)目實(shí)施，計(jì)劃對(duì)張江鎮(zhèn)轄區(qū)內(nèi)**0臺(tái)住宅電梯配備遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)裝置。裝置應(yīng)符合《智慧電梯檢測(cè)終端技術(shù)要求》，具備查看電梯轎廂內(nèi)監(jiān)控、實(shí)時(shí)推送電梯困人、故障信息報(bào)警、電動(dòng)自行車進(jìn)轎廂識(shí)別和阻止等功能。通過遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)裝置實(shí)時(shí)采集的電梯數(shù)據(jù)與智慧電梯平臺(tái)相連，有效監(jiān)控電梯運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電梯安全的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)管和遠(yuǎn)程管理，大幅提升電梯使用的安全性和應(yīng)急救援效率，通過驗(yàn)收后需要提供3年運(yùn)維服務(wù)。
