簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目包括南北兩段，其中，北段北起川楊河，南至三灶浜；南段北起豐收河，南至張江康橋徐家河?？傞L(zhǎng)約3.**公里，河口按規(guī)劃**米實(shí)施，兩側(cè)陸域控制帶因地制宜按0-**米布置防汛通道及綠化。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容是:河道開挖與疏拓工程、護(hù)岸工程、橋涵工程、防汛通道、綠化工程及相關(guān)附屬工程。本次采購內(nèi)容為該項(xiàng)目的代建服務(wù)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project includes two sections, north and south. The northern section starts from Chuanyang River in the north and ends at Sanzaobang in the south; The southern section starts from Fengshou River in the north and ends at Xujia River in Zhangjiang Kangqiao in the south. The total length is about 3.** kilometers, and the river mouth is planned to be ** meters long. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）和中國(guó)政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（2）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
