簡要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步做好浦東新區(qū)土地減量化地塊水土監(jiān)測工作的通知》、《關(guān)于做好擬開墾耕地土壤污染狀況調(diào)查工作的通知》等相關(guān)文件要求，為了解現(xiàn)階段減量化后地塊內(nèi)土壤和地下水的環(huán)境質(zhì)量狀況，現(xiàn)擬通過公開采購方式，選取一家合格供應(yīng)商，開展建設(shè)用地減量化水土監(jiān)測場地調(diào)查工作。本次水土監(jiān)測服務(wù)總面積約**.****公頃（**2.**畝），涉及顧東村、東海村、建新村、興東村、直一村、啟明村等區(qū)域。
Brief Specification Description:In accordance with the requirements of relevant documents such as the "Notice on Further Strengthening Soil and Water Monitoring for Land Reduction Areas in Pudong New Area" and the "Notice on Conducting Soil Pollution Surveys for Planned Reclaimed Farmland," this project aims to assess the current environmental quality of soil and groundwater in post-reduction areas. To achieve this, a qualified supplier will be selected through an open procurement process to carry out soil and water monitoring investigations for land reduction sites. The total area for this soil and water monitoring service is approximately **.**** hectares (**2.** mu), covering areas such as Gu Dong Village, Dong Hai Village, Jian Xin Village, Xing Dong Village, Zhi Yi Village, and Qi Ming Village.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起生效至合同全部事項履行完畢止。
