簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目建設(shè)地點位為:北至五甲港，南至三甲路，西至東川公路,東至凌楊路,項目面積共計**1.**畝(具體以實測為準)。建設(shè)內(nèi)容為間伐(衛(wèi)生伐)、苗木補植、修枝、割灌除草、植物景觀提升以及基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)等。主要間伐樹種為欒樹，主要補植品種包括:中山杉、烏柏、弗吉尼亞櫟等。植物景觀提升主要樹種包括:娜塔櫟、金桂、紫薇等;種植地被包括:細葉芒、小免子狼尾草、大 麻葉澤蘭等?；A(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)內(nèi)容包括:新建瀝青道路、觀景休憩亭、觀景廊架等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙。）
Brief Specification Description:The construction site of this project is located at Wujia Port in the north, Sanjia Road in the south, Dongchuan Road in the west, and Lingyang Road in the east, with a total area of **1.** acres (subject to actual measurement). The construction content includes thinning (sanitary cutting), replanting of seedlings, pruning, cutting and weeding, improvement of plant landscape, and infrastructure construction. The main thinning tree species is Luan tree, and the main replanting varieties include Zhongshan fir, Wubai, Virginia oak, etc. The main tree species for enhancing plant landscape include: Quercus acutissima, Osmanthus fragrans, and Lagerstroemia indica; The planting areas include: fine leaved mangroves, small loosestrife, and hemp leaf orchids. 崗位、數(shù)量、資格要求：*園林項目負責(zé)人（園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱）1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級及以上園林綠化工(班組負責(zé)人)1人。
說明：
1）上述人員配備要求系最低配備要求；對于施工技術(shù)復(fù)雜的項目，供應(yīng)商可根據(jù)項目情況，在以上人員配備要求基礎(chǔ)上適當(dāng)增加技術(shù)管理人員、施工員等人數(shù)；
2）*崗位不得同時兼任兩個及以上項目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項目負責(zé)人電子信息卡，且無在建項目記錄；
3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專業(yè)；
（6）業(yè)績要求：無；
（7）其他要求：本項目另需配備注冊建造師：具有市政公用工程專業(yè)二級（及以上）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書。
