3.2具備建設部頒發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質且同時具備建設部頒發(fā)的建筑裝修裝飾工程專業(yè)承包二級資質及其以上，并具備有效的安全生產許可證。
3.3擬派項目經理具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目經理。
