4、具有《中華人民共和國企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照》、《稅務(wù)登記證》、《組織機構(gòu)代碼證》，未被管理部門禁止參加政府招投標活動的供應(yīng)商。
5、具有完善的服務(wù)體系，并在本市內(nèi)有固定的辦公場所和服務(wù)地點。
