合同履約期限：各包件：本項目服務(wù)期限自**年1月1日起期限三年，采取一次招標(biāo)三年沿用、分三個年度分別簽訂合同的方式實施。
The Contract Period:For each contract package: The service period for this project commences on January 1, ****, for a duration of three years. The project will be implemented through a one-time tender process with the awarded terms applying for the entire three-year period, and contracts will be signed separately for each of the three annual periods.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、本項目接受聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。聯(lián)合投標(biāo)的須符合招標(biāo)文件規(guī)定：提交聯(lián)合投標(biāo)協(xié)議且格式符合招標(biāo)文件要求，聯(lián)合體成員不得多于2家，聯(lián)合體各方不得再單獨參加或者與其他供應(yīng)商另外組成聯(lián)合體參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。應(yīng)由聯(lián)合體主辦方在上海政府采購云平臺進(jìn)行報名及投標(biāo)操作。
