簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：航頭鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)南社區(qū)PDS1-****單元**-**B-**地塊配套小學(xué)項(xiàng)目是我鎮(zhèn)“四個(gè)一批、**個(gè)重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目”重點(diǎn)區(qū)域開發(fā)項(xiàng)目四單元綜合體的公建配套學(xué)校，總用地面積****5平方米。該項(xiàng)目目前已取得施工許可證，已經(jīng)開工建設(shè)。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)排摸，發(fā)現(xiàn)該項(xiàng)目地塊內(nèi)埋有1根長(zhǎng)度約**0米，管徑**0mm的污水管，為排水公司所屬市政污水管。由于管道在項(xiàng)目地塊紅線內(nèi)，影響學(xué)校地下停車庫(kù)施工，需要對(duì)該污水管進(jìn)行搬遷。
Brief Specification Description:The PDS1-**** Unit **-**B-** plot supporting elementary school project in Zhennan Community, Hantou Town, is a public infrastructure school within the fourth unit complex of our town's "Four Batches, ** Key Projects" key area development initiative, with a total land area of **,**5 square meters. The project has obtained the construction permit and has commenced construction. On-site investigation revealed the presence of a buried sewage pipe approximately **0 meters long and with a diameter of **0mm, belonging to the municipal sewage system managed by the drainage company. Since the pipeline lies within the project plot's boundary and affects the construction of the school's underground parking lot, the sewage pipe must be relocated.
