簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容包括：為響應(yīng)新區(qū)要求進(jìn)行安瀾水系創(chuàng)評(píng)和星級(jí)河道創(chuàng)建，對(duì)創(chuàng)建區(qū)域內(nèi)河道進(jìn)行綠化提升、岸坡整修、欄桿更換、水生態(tài)、河道清理、新增小木樁等以及對(duì)存在安全隱患和影響河道美觀的設(shè)施進(jìn)行更換（具體工作內(nèi)容及要求詳見競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商文件、工程量清單及圖紙）。
Brief Specification Description:The main contents of this project include: In response to the requirements of the new district to carry out the evaluation of safe water systems and the creation of star-rated rivers, the rivers within the creation area will undergo greening improvement, bank slope repair, railing replacement, water ecological protection, river cleaning, and the addition of small wooden stakes, as well as the replacement of facilities with safety hazards and those that affect the beauty of the rivers (for specific work contents and requirements, please refer to the competitive negotiation documents, bill of quantities and drawings).

During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、 須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購(gòu)活動(dòng)）；
4、 要求具備水利水電工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
5、 具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
6、 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有水利水電工程二級(jí)建造師及其以上資格，并具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核證書，且不得在其他項(xiàng)目擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
7、 本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)；
8、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established in accordance with the law within the territory of China (this project does not accept branches participating in the procurement activities in their own names). 4. It is required to possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower construction. 5. Possess a valid work safety license; 6. The project manager must hold a second-level or higher qualification as a constructor in water conservancy and hydropower engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and must not concurrently serve as the project leader for any other project. 7. This project is only open for procurement from various types of suppliers, including medium, small and micro ones. 8. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
