簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為貫徹落實《臨港新片區(qū)公交到站預(yù)報建設(shè)提升三年行動計劃》，加快臨港公交基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)，改善群眾候車條件，本項目擬根據(jù)站點設(shè)施情況和具體點位，選擇性使用站亭預(yù)報設(shè)備和站桿預(yù)報設(shè)備，并以此為渠道對外發(fā)布車輛到站預(yù)報信息。提供到站預(yù)報設(shè)施設(shè)備供應(yīng)及安裝，具體建設(shè)內(nèi)容為：安裝站亭黑白墨水屏預(yù)報設(shè)備**套，安裝站桿黑白墨水屏預(yù)報設(shè)備**套，安裝站桿彩色墨水屏預(yù)報設(shè)備**套（具體采購內(nèi)容詳見招標(biāo)文件“第二章-采購需求”）。按照《中小企業(yè)劃型標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定》（工信部聯(lián)企業(yè)﹝****﹞**0號），采購標(biāo)的對應(yīng)的中小企業(yè)劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)所屬行業(yè)為 其他未列明行業(yè) 。

3.1根據(jù)《上海市政府采購?fù)稑?biāo)人信息登記管理辦法》已登記入庫的投標(biāo)人。
3.2本項目不允許聯(lián)合體形式投標(biāo)。
3.3未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.4為該采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的投標(biāo)人，不得再參加該項目的其他采購活動。
3.5單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同投標(biāo)人，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。
3.6符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的投標(biāo)人，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
