Brief Specification Description: Focus on the key and difficult problems of illegal building governance, speed up the elimination of illegal buildings in stock, and timely eliminate potential safety hazards caused by various illegal construction behaviors. The implementation contents of this project include demolition of illegal buildings and transportation and disposal of construction wastes. （5）具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（6）擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）It has the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction engineering.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）The proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of Grade II or above in the construction engineering profession. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
