4)項目擬派項目經(jīng)理：建筑工程專業(yè)二級或以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。該項目負責(zé)人以在上海市建筑建材業(yè)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇剩趦郧覠o在建項目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發(fā)包或分期施工的除外）(磋商響應(yīng)文件遞交時不得調(diào)整，不得有在建項目)。
5)“投標人”、“法人代表”及“項目負責(zé)人”近三年來無行賄犯罪記錄；
6)按照《關(guān)于在政府采購活動中查詢及使用信用記錄有關(guān)問題的通知》（財庫〔****〕**5號）投標人須具有良好的信用記錄；
