Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through public bidding to carry out the relevant work for the construction of the new district-level emergency supplies comprehensive reserve center warehouse, mainly including the purchase of forklifts, pallet trucks, emergency supplies shelves, emergency supplies pallets and other specialized equipment. For specific content and requirements, please refer to Chapter Three of the tender documents - Procurement Requirements.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is not specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, products from small and micro enterprises will enjoy a **% price discount. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、投標人若是叉車制造商，須具備中華人民共和國特種設備生產(chǎn)許可證，許可項目包括場（廠）內(nèi)專用機動車輛制造，許可子項目為機動工業(yè)車輛（叉車）；
2、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:If the bidder is a forklift manufacturer, it must hold a Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China, with the permitted items including the manufacturing of special-purpose motor vehicles within the premises (factory), and the permitted sub-item being motor industrial vehicles (forklifts). 2. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
