2. 交貨地點和交貨時間：
交貨地點：寶武特冶項目現(xiàn)場(境內(nèi)供貨)或CIF 上海港（境外供貨）。
交貨時間：境外供貨為合同簽訂后**個月內(nèi)（FOB）；境內(nèi)供貨為合同簽訂后**個月項目現(xiàn)場交貨。
