(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、施工現(xiàn)場項目管理機構(gòu)擬派人員配備要求最低均應(yīng)為5人(含)以上，且需包含:項目負責人(本專業(yè)中級職稱)1人、安全員1人、質(zhì)量員1人、材料員1人、中級園林綠化工1人(班組負責人)。園林項目負責人須具有園林綠化專業(yè)中級職稱、《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項目負責人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》，上述人員須為本市園林綠化企業(yè)人員庫內(nèi)人員，且需提供擬派施工現(xiàn)場管理機構(gòu)名單(需帶條形碼)、相關(guān)職稱證書、崗位證書以及崗位人員的無在建項目承諾書。
4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
