簡要規(guī)則描述：昌里東路**0弄小區(qū)（共8幢6層既有居民住宅樓）、成山路**3弄小區(qū)（共8幢6層既有居民住宅樓）皆為老舊小區(qū)，建筑面積共****4.**平方米。因房屋年久失修，其坡屋面瀝青瓦、木望板嚴(yán)重破損、避雷帶銹蝕、檐溝堵塞、老虎窗結(jié)構(gòu)松動等，存在安全隱患，本項(xiàng)目擬對2個小區(qū)開展房屋屋面修繕工作，主要施工內(nèi)容包括：更換瀝青瓦、木望板、避雷帶等，翻做老虎窗、檐溝改造、陽臺屋頂改造等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見圖紙及工程量清單）
