(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) The project implements the "Notice on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [****] No. **) and the "Notice on Further Increasing the Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [****] No. **). (2) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and medium-sized enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and medium-sized enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、要求具備建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
4、具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
5、項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程二級(jí)建造師及其以上資格，并具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核證書，且不得在其他項(xiàng)目擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
6、本項(xiàng)目僅面向中、小、微型等各類供應(yīng)商采購；
7、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It is required to possess a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects. 4. Possess a valid work safety license; 5. The project manager must hold a second-level or higher qualification as a constructor in building engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and must not concurrently serve as the project leader for any other project. 6. This project is only open for procurement from various types of suppliers, including medium, small and micro ones. 7. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
