Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Provide professional home life care, bathing assistance services, cleaning assistance services, washing assistance services, mobility assistance services, agency services, auxiliary rehabilitation services, consultation services, and medical assistance services for the elderly to improve their quality of life, making them comfortable, clean, convenient, healthy and happy, and allowing them to enjoy their old age in the familiar home-based elderly care environment 璄. For specific requirements, please refer to Chapter Three of the bidding Documents - Procurement Requirements.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) The project implements the "Notice on Promoting the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [****] No. **) and the "Notice on Further Increasing the Support for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises through Government Procurement" (CAI Ku [****] No. **). (2) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project is specifically targeted at small and micro enterprises for procurement. During the review process, no price discount benefits will be implemented for products from small and micro enterprises. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、 符合《上海市政府購(gòu)買(mǎi)服務(wù)管理辦法》第六、七條規(guī)定；
4、 本項(xiàng)目?jī)H面向小、微型等各類(lèi)供應(yīng)商采購(gòu)；
5、 本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:It complies with the provisions of Articles 6 and 7 of the "Measures for the Administration of Government Procurement of Services in Shanghai Municipality". 4. This project is only open for procurement from small and micro suppliers of all types. 5. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
