三、 投標(biāo)人資格要求Bidderqualificationrequirement

3.1本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。

3.2投標(biāo)人要求具有獨立法人資格，為此采購項目的專業(yè)生產(chǎn)、制造、安裝、調(diào)試的制造商或代理商或貿(mào)易商，對其提供的貨物和服務(wù)負(fù)全部責(zé)任；在法律和財務(wù)上獨立，合法運作并獨立于招標(biāo)人（招標(biāo)機構(gòu)）的制造商或代理商或貿(mào)易商。如投標(biāo)人為代理商，需提供品牌有效授權(quán)書。
