簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：三林片區(qū)部分單位因用房年限較久，存在墻面、地板開裂，衛(wèi)生間老舊漏水等問題，****年計(jì)劃對(duì)康橋路****號(hào)，康橋路****號(hào)，周浦派出所，周東派出所，航頭派出所，東明路派出所等用房進(jìn)行維修，主要維修內(nèi)容有：1.屋頂防水翻新；2.部分地面、墻面修繕；3.空間布局局部調(diào)整；4.吊頂整修及燈具更換等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
