簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為泥城鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)市容環(huán)衛(wèi)事業(yè)健康有序發(fā)展，確保泥城轄區(qū)市容環(huán)境整潔靚麗有序現(xiàn)進(jìn)行新一輪的年度保潔管理服務(wù)項(xiàng)目政府采購(gòu)工作。服務(wù)內(nèi)容1.市容環(huán)衛(wèi)保潔；2公廁日常管養(yǎng)；3.農(nóng)村家庭生活垃圾上門收集；4.垃圾廂房管理；5.公廁、垃圾廂房水電費(fèi)用服務(wù)；6.其他需要兜底處置服務(wù)等。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To further promote the healthy and orderly development of urban and environmental sanitation in Nicheng Town, and ensure a clean, beautiful and orderly urban environment in the jurisdiction of Nicheng, a new round of government procurement work for annual cleaning management service projects is being carried out. Service content: 1. City appearance, environmental sanitation and cleaning; 2. Daily maintenance of public toilets; 3. Door to door collection of household waste in rural areas; 4. Garbage room management; 5. Water and electricity fee services for public toilets and garbage rooms; 6. Other backup disposal services are required.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年（本項(xiàng)目一招三年），服務(wù)期滿經(jīng)考核，工作績(jī)效良好的，可以再續(xù)簽下一年。
The Contract Period:From the date of contract signing for one year (three years for this project), if the service period is completed and the work performance is good after assessment, it can be renewed for the next year.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and micro enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and micro enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and during the evaluation process, small and micro enterprise products will not be subject to price discounts. (c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
（2）本項(xiàng)目面向中小企業(yè)（含中型、小型、微型企業(yè)，下同）采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Suppliers who comply with Article ** of the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Government Procurement Reform in Pilot Areas in Connection with International High Standard Economic and Trade Rules (Hu Cai Cai Cai [****] No. **) are not allowed to participate in the procurement activities of this project. (2) This project is aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises (including medium, small, and micro enterprises, the same below).
