簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目為市容整治勞務(wù)作業(yè)服務(wù)，主要工作內(nèi)容包括：小區(qū)無五違整治，整治新增違建、違規(guī)改造住房等情況；整治未經(jīng)批準、擅自設(shè)置的廣告、店招；沿路沿街影響市容景觀或有安全隱患的雨棚、招牌、廣告等的整治；對城管微平臺、城運中心派遣的、需要動用設(shè)施、裝備的工作項目進行應(yīng)急處置；對城管和各工作站的聯(lián)合整治、巡查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的沿路沿街影響市容或有安全隱患的堆物進行暫扣或應(yīng)急處置；對樓道堆物，小區(qū)公共部位破壞綠化鋪路等整治；對地下食品加工點整治，活禽無害化處理；河道兩岸整治，林地綜合整治；對倉庫內(nèi)收繳的物品、雜物進行整理、清理等。本項目總價最高限價為3,**9,**0.**元，且各分項報價單價不應(yīng)超過采購文件要求的單價最高限價。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
