本項(xiàng)目專門面向小微企業(yè)采購。
3、其他資格要求：
3.1根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應(yīng)商信息登記管理辦法》已登記入庫的供應(yīng)商。
3.2本項(xiàng)目不允許聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
3.3未被列入《信用中國(guó)網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法失信主體和“中國(guó)政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單。
