簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程范圍內的在六灶灣村大治河區(qū)域布局騎行道以及文化藝術裝置，對沿線綠化進行點綴布局，結合大治河果林帶建設休憩設施等，大治河風貌帶(六灶灣區(qū)域)整體面貌升級。（具體詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:Within the scope of this project, a cycling track and cultural and artistic installations will be laid out in the Dazhi River area of Liuzaowan Village, and greenery along the route will be decorated. In addition, recreational facilities will be constructed in conjunction with the Dazhi River fruit forest belt, upgrading the overall appearance of the Dazhi River landscape belt (Liuzaowan area). （3）園林綠化施工企業(yè)項目負責人須具有《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項目負責人質量安全生產考核合格證書》（在有效期內），并具有園林專業(yè)中級及以上職稱；
（4）報名截止之日前三年內，在政府采購活動中無不良行為記錄；
（5）公司資產狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設備；依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽和健全的財務會計制度；
