簡要規(guī)則描述：按照《生活垃圾分類精品居住區(qū)（村）建設標準》及評分細則，對轄區(qū)內**座垃圾廂房進行專項升級改造。工程內容包括：原有廂房拆除擴建、水電排水等安裝、升級照明、除臭殺蟲、通風、沖洗設備，增加綠植花卉、涂鴉彩繪等提升投放環(huán)境，增加智慧化應用場景、接入系統(tǒng)平臺等。（具體數量及要求詳見圖紙及工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:In accordance with the "Quality Standards for Construction of Residential Areas (Villages) for Waste Classification" and the scoring criteria, a special upgrade and renovation of ** garbage bins has been carried out in the jurisdiction. The project contents include: demolition and expansion of the existing bins, installation and upgrading of water, electricity, drainage, upgrading of lighting, deodorization and pest control, ventilation, cleaning equipment, addition of green plants and flowers, graffiti painting, etc. to improve the disposal environment, and addition of intelligent application scenarios and connection to the system platform, etc. (The specific quantities and requirements are detailed in the drawings and the engineering quantity list.)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement and support their development: This project is specifically for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, no price discount benefits will be applied to products from small and medium-sized enterprises. 2、須具有建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質；
3、具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
4、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
5、業(yè)績要求：無；
6、其他要求：無。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the list of dishonest executors, major tax violation subjects, or serious illegal acts in government procurement as listed on "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. Must possess a construction general contracting qualification of level three or above; 3. Have a safety production license (valid within the period); 4. The project leader to be dispatched should have a registered construction engineer qualification of level two or above in construction engineering, possess a valid safety production assessment certificate, and not be serving as the project leader of other ongoing construction projects; 5. Performance requirements: None; 6. Other requirements: None.
