4、供應(yīng)商擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理須具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在上海市建筑建材業(yè)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇?zhǔn)；
5、符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
