簡要規(guī)則描述：對南碼頭路街道浦三路**0弄等小區(qū)內(nèi)的7幢房屋進行屋面及相關(guān)設(shè)施改造。本項目實施內(nèi)容為屋面、墻面、共用部位、給排水系統(tǒng)及其設(shè)備整修，綠化補種及小區(qū)附屬設(shè)施完善。改造總建筑面積約****6.**平方米。陽臺排水管具備接入排污系統(tǒng)條件的，需結(jié)合本工程一并實施。根據(jù)《上海市綠化條例》,改造后小區(qū)綠地面積不得少于原有綠地面積。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見工程量清單及施工圖圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:Renovate the roofs and related facilities of 7 buildings in the community, including Lane **0, Pusan Road, South Matou Road Street. The implementation content of this project includes the renovation of roofs, walls, shared areas, water supply and drainage systems and their equipment, greening and planting, and the improvement of ancillary facilities in the community. The total renovation area is approximately ****6.** square meters. If the balcony drainage pipe meets the conditions for connecting to the sewage system, it needs to be implemented together with this project. According to the Shanghai Greening Regulations, the green area of the renovated community shall not be less than the original green area. （3）項目負責(zé)人應(yīng)具備有效的建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，同時具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書。
（4）本項目專門面向中小微企業(yè)。
本次招標(biāo)需要網(wǎng)上投標(biāo)，響應(yīng)單位必須獲得上海市電子簽名認(rèn)證證書（CA認(rèn)證證書）。

(2) Having a valid safety production license and a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (3) The project leader should have a valid second level or above registered construction engineer qualification in the field of construction engineering, as well as a valid safety production assessment certificate. (4) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. This bidding requires online bidding, and the responding units must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Authentication Certificate (CA Authentication Certificate).
