簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：對(duì)南碼頭路街道浦三路**0弄等小區(qū)內(nèi)的7幢房屋進(jìn)行屋面及相關(guān)設(shè)施改造。本項(xiàng)目實(shí)施內(nèi)容為屋面、墻面、共用部位、給排水系統(tǒng)及其設(shè)備整修，綠化補(bǔ)種及小區(qū)附屬設(shè)施完善。改造總建筑面積約****6.**平方米。陽(yáng)臺(tái)排水管具備接入排污系統(tǒng)條件的，需結(jié)合本工程一并實(shí)施。根據(jù)《上海市綠化條例》,改造后小區(qū)綠地面積不得少于原有綠地面積。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見(jiàn)工程量清單及施工圖圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:Renovate the roofs and related facilities of 7 buildings in the community, including Lane **0, Pusan Road, South Matou Road Street. The implementation content of this project includes the renovation of roofs, walls, shared areas, water supply and drainage systems and their equipment, greening and planting, and the improvement of ancillary facilities in the community. The total renovation area is approximately ****6.** square meters. （2）具有有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證、建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)；
（3）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人應(yīng)具備有效的建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，同時(shí)具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)。
（4）本項(xiàng)目專(zhuān)門(mén)面向中小微企業(yè)。

(4) This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
