簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目擬通過競爭性磋商的方式選擇一家合格的供應(yīng)商，對上鋼新村街道轄區(qū)內(nèi)2個一級微型消防站進(jìn)行日常運行管理服務(wù)，有效提升居民小區(qū)抗御火災(zāi)的綜合能力，持續(xù)改善居民小區(qū)消防安全環(huán)境。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive consultation to provide daily operation and management services for two first-level micro fire stations within the jurisdiction of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district, effectively enhancing the comprehensive fire resistance capacity of residential communities and continuously improving the fire safety environment of residential communities. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements.)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement the reserved share measures to increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and implement the policy of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement by small and medium-sized enterprises. 2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not included in the lists of dishonest executors, major tax violation subjects, or serious illegal acts in government procurement as listed on "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn);
2. Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization established within China;
