簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為進一步完善浦東新區(qū)電影城鄉(xiāng)布局，解決發(fā)展不平衡、不充分的問題。在農(nóng)村地區(qū)，解決公益放映市場存在的機制不夠完善、配套保障有待提升等問題。通過加強規(guī)劃布局，完善政策機制，做好服務(wù)保障，及時補齊短板，推進南匯新城、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)影院建設(shè)及新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點工作，提高放映效率、提升觀影質(zhì)量，落實城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展要求，助力鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，增進民生福祉。根據(jù)上海市電影局下發(fā)的《關(guān)于推進五個新城、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)影院建設(shè)和農(nóng)村電影放映工作的意見》力爭到“十四五”期末，全市打造**0個以上新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點。其中浦東新區(qū)需要完成**個新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點的打造，****年需完成7個新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點的電影設(shè)備采購，為市民提供高品質(zhì)的觀影環(huán)境。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見招標文件第三章—采購需求書。）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to further improve the urban-rural distribution of films in Pudong New Area and address the issues of unbalanced and insufficient development. In rural areas, problems such as the imperfect mechanism and insufficient supporting guarantees in the public screening market need to be addressed. By strengthening planning and layout, improving policy mechanisms, providing good services and guarantees, promptly filling the gaps, promoting the construction of cinemas in Nanhui New Town and townships, as well as the demonstration projects of new rural film screenings, improving screening efficiency and enhancing viewing quality, implementing the requirements of urban-rural coordinated development, supporting the rural revitalization strategy, and enhancing people's livelihood welfare can be achieved. 合同履約期限：合同簽定后**天到貨并安裝調(diào)試完畢，驗收后提供2年免費質(zhì)保服務(wù)。
The Contract Period:The goods will be delivered and installed and debugged within ** days after the contract is signed. After the acceptance, a 2-year free warranty service will be provided.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Policy for Supporting Small and Medium-sized Enterprises: This project is not specifically designed for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. During the evaluation process, products from small and micro enterprises enjoy a **% price deduction discount; (2) Support for prison enterprises and welfare units for the disabled, and treat them as small and medium-sized enterprises; (3) Policy for Prioritized Procurement of Energy-saving and Environmental Protection Products: Under the same conditions in terms of technology, services, etc., products listed in the product catalog of energy conservation and environmental protection products published in Document No. ** of Finance Department [****] and Document No. ** of Finance Department [****] will be given priority for procurement; for products marked with "★" in the energy-saving product catalog, mandatory procurement will be implemented.
