簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為進(jìn)一步完善浦東新區(qū)電影城鄉(xiāng)布局，解決發(fā)展不平衡、不充分的問(wèn)題。在農(nóng)村地區(qū)，解決公益放映市場(chǎng)存在的機(jī)制不夠完善、配套保障有待提升等問(wèn)題。通過(guò)加強(qiáng)規(guī)劃布局，完善政策機(jī)制，做好服務(wù)保障，及時(shí)補(bǔ)齊短板，推進(jìn)南匯新城、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)影院建設(shè)及新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點(diǎn)工作，提高放映效率、提升觀影質(zhì)量，落實(shí)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展要求，助力鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，增進(jìn)民生福祉。根據(jù)上海市電影局下發(fā)的《關(guān)于推進(jìn)五個(gè)新城、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)影院建設(shè)和農(nóng)村電影放映工作的意見(jiàn)》力爭(zhēng)到“十四五”期末，全市打造**0個(gè)以上新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點(diǎn)。其中浦東新區(qū)需要完成**個(gè)新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點(diǎn)的打造，****年需完成7個(gè)新型農(nóng)村電影放映示范點(diǎn)的電影設(shè)備采購(gòu)，為市民提供高品質(zhì)的觀影環(huán)境。（具體內(nèi)容及要求詳見(jiàn)招標(biāo)文件第三章—采購(gòu)需求書(shū)。）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to further improve the urban-rural distribution of films in Pudong New Area and address the issues of unbalanced and insufficient development. In rural areas, problems such as the imperfect mechanism and insufficient supporting guarantees in the public screening market need to be addressed. By strengthening planning and layout, improving policy mechanisms, providing good services and guarantees, promptly filling the gaps, promoting the construction of cinemas in Nanhui New Town and townships, as well as the demonstration projects of new rural film screenings, improving screening efficiency and enhancing viewing quality, implementing the requirements of urban-rural coordinated development, supporting the rural revitalization strategy, and enhancing people's livelihood welfare can be achieved. 合同履約期限：合同簽定后**天到貨并安裝調(diào)試完畢，驗(yàn)收后提供2年免費(fèi)質(zhì)保服務(wù)。
