簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目擬選取一家合適的服務(wù)單位對海濱焚燒廠開展第三方監(jiān)管工作：監(jiān)督運營管理（包含操作、維修、環(huán)保、勞動保護和職業(yè)健康、安全）相關(guān)計劃文件、保養(yǎng)與維修作業(yè)并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行；監(jiān)管污染控制的環(huán)境保證；檢查、審核文本規(guī)范的運營功能保證；審查運營方所提出改善計劃并監(jiān)督執(zhí)行；比對、審核運營方公開信息數(shù)據(jù)合理性與正確性；監(jiān)督爐渣與飛灰穩(wěn)定化物出廠情形；稽核安全管理制度及監(jiān)督執(zhí)行等，并定期提供監(jiān)管報告。根據(jù)項目實施計劃，完成合同要求的監(jiān)管報告并提交。（具體詳見第三章服務(wù)需求書）
