簡要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本次項(xiàng)目主要為浦東新區(qū)城市圖像系統(tǒng)的所用圖像存儲設(shè)備；浦東公安高清卡口系統(tǒng)和圖像系統(tǒng)的主機(jī)、服務(wù)器、存儲；浦東公安高清卡口系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫及數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件運(yùn)維(具體要求詳見招標(biāo)文件第五章)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project mainly covers the following scopes: all image storage devices of the Urban Image System in Pudong New Area; the hosts, servers and storage of Pudong Public Security's HD Bayonet System and Image System; and the operation and maintenance of databases and database software for Pudong Public Security's HD Bayonet System (for specific requirements, please refer to Chapter 5 of the Bidding Documents).
合同履約期限：一年。

(b)落實(shí)政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：本采購項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行政府采購有關(guān)鼓勵支持節(jié)能產(chǎn)品、環(huán)境認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品以及支持中小企業(yè)、殘疾人福利性單位等的政策功能。
(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements the policy functions of government procurement related to encouraging and supporting energy-saving products, environmental certification products, as well as supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and welfare units for the disabled.
(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3、本項(xiàng)目僅面向小型、微型企業(yè)采購；
4、為采購項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的潛在投標(biāo)人，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動；
5、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動；
6、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合體投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(iii)This project is only open to small and micro enterprises for procurement.
(iv)Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification development, or services suchas project management, supervision, and testing for the procurement project are not eligible to participate in the procurement activities of this project.
(v)Suppliers whose unit leaders are the same person or who have direct holding or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
(vi)This project does not accept bids from consortia.
