(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Possesses construction qualifications of Grade III or above for general contracting of architectural engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the proposed project manager has qualifications of a registered constructor of Grade II or above for architectural engineering.
