簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性磋商的方式選取一家供應(yīng)商實(shí)施度假區(qū)企業(yè)服務(wù)中心的裝修工程，以滿足其日常辦公、生活等需求，主要工程內(nèi)容：包括但不限于室內(nèi)原有裝飾拆除及建筑垃圾外運(yùn)、室內(nèi)裝飾裝修、固定家具、機(jī)電、弱電工程、M層展廳LED顯示屏電子配套等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見(jiàn)圖紙及工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a supplier to implement the renovation project of the enterprise service center in the resort through competitive negotiation to meet its daily office and life needs. The main project contents include but are not limited to the demolition of the original indoor decoration and the transportation of construction waste, indoor decoration, fixed furniture, electromechanical and weak current projects, and electronic matching of LED display screens in the M-floor exhibition hall. (See drawings and bill of quantities for specific quantity and requirements)

4、具有建筑工程施工總承包三級(jí)及以上資質(zhì)，同時(shí)具備建筑裝修裝飾工程專(zhuān)業(yè)承包二級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
5、具有安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
6、擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專(zhuān)業(yè)二級(jí)及其以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書(shū)，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
7、業(yè)績(jī)要求：無(wú)；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3. It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; 4. Have the qualification of Grade III and above for general contracting of construction projects, and have the qualification of Grade II and above for professional contracting of building decoration and decoration projects; 5.
