簡要規(guī)則描述：上海市公安局浦東分局作為保障浦東經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展和人民的安居樂業(yè)的主要力量，目前已建立完善的網(wǎng)絡(luò)自動(dòng)化辦公管理系統(tǒng)，隨著上海市公安局加大對科技信息化的投入，其治安工作、政務(wù)處理工作等更加規(guī)范和高效。上海市公安局浦東分局弱電傳輸線路的維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目也需要更高、更快和更穩(wěn)定的使用要求。
通過對上海市公安局浦東分局弱電線路的維護(hù)和應(yīng)急搶修項(xiàng)目情況分析與處理，在排摸浦東分局大樓及其轄區(qū)內(nèi)的各個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)支隊(duì)、公安處及派出所辦公區(qū)域后，需要對上海市公安局浦東分局弱電網(wǎng)絡(luò)和其他通信系統(tǒng)等線路的維修、保養(yǎng)及應(yīng)急搶修項(xiàng)目繼續(xù)完善。
本項(xiàng)目建設(shè)主要是對上海市公安局浦東分局的辦公大樓，各業(yè)務(wù)支隊(duì)、公安處及派出所的辦公場所已建成的三級網(wǎng)弱電線路進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)維，根據(jù)各個(gè)部門實(shí)際需求進(jìn)行綜合布線優(yōu)化調(diào)整，同時(shí)配合對上海市公安局浦東分局增加的警務(wù)站、臨時(shí)辦公點(diǎn)或搬入社區(qū)的綜合窗口接入公安通信網(wǎng)。通過對三級網(wǎng)弱電線路進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)維和應(yīng)急搶修以提高公安信息化辦公效率，增強(qiáng)城市治安管理水平。（具體內(nèi)容詳見“第二章 項(xiàng)目采購需求”）
