簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：為進一步提高分局警械裝備智能化管理水平，采購**組無人值守智能裝備柜，本項目產(chǎn)品未做過進口論證，不接受整體進口產(chǎn)品，本項目不允許分包、轉(zhuǎn)包。（具體內(nèi)容詳見“第二章 項目采購需求”）
按照《中小企業(yè)劃型標準規(guī)定》（工信部聯(lián)企業(yè)﹝****﹞**0號），采購標的對應的中小企業(yè)劃分標準所屬行業(yè)為 工業(yè) 。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To further improve the intelligent management level of police equipment in the sub bureau, ** sets of unmanned intelligent equipment cabinets have been purchased. The products of this project have not undergone import certification and do not accept overall imported products. Subcontracting or subcontracting is not allowed in this project. According to the "Regulations on the Classification Standards for Small and Medium sized Enterprises" (MIIT Joint Enterprise [****] No. **0), the industry corresponding to the classification standard for small and medium-sized enterprises of the procurement subject is industrial.
合同履約期限：合同簽訂后**個工作日內(nèi)交貨并協(xié)助完成安裝、調(diào)試、驗收。

3.1根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應商信息登記管理辦法》已登記入庫的供應商。
3.2本項目不允許聯(lián)合體投標。
3.3未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法失信主體和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.4為該采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該項目的其他采購活動。
3.5單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。
3.6符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
